Deja Vu

Gemakshalve maak ik bij marketeers een onderscheid in kwalitatieven en kwantitatieven; zij die denken vanuit het merk versus zij die denken vanuit data. Het a priori weten versus zij die meten; hoe het kan versus hoe het is.

In de veronderstelling dat dit onderscheid op het gebied van e-marketing minder relevant is, bezoek ik vol verwachting de DMA 2005.
